DK Survey in corperation with aircraft construction
The emission of CO2 and the aligned climate change pose a rising challenge to the aircraft industry and respectively put this industry increasingly under pressure. The precise fabrication of single components as well as a high-precision assembly contributes to the minimization of kerosene consumption.
This new challenge offers a highly interesting and exciting task for an innovative surveyor. Many others of our clients will benefit from our experiences gathered within the aircraft industry.
AIRBUS
The surveys for the construction of the assembly line of the aircraft manufacturer AIRBUS in the Hamburg site Finkenwerder are done in cooperation with MCE Linz. The single supporter components have to be set with a continuable precision of 5/100mm. For the underlying rail system an even higher requirement of 2/100mm is required. This continuable precision can only be achieved by Lasertracker. DK Survey works in shifts around the clock to meet this challenge.
FACC Inspection of composite fiber components
The successful operating company Fischer Advanced Composite Components (www.facc.at) is working for Boeing and Airbus as a partner in the field of development and assembly.
For High-Tech-Development DK Survey uses High-Tech-Methods: With technologies such as Lasertracker our company has checked composite fibre components on their geometry since the beginning of 2007.
